What you'll do

  • Generate and present regular operational reports to upper management.
  • Perform hands-on tasks including washing cars and delivering vehicles to customers in the field.
  • Resolve complex and sensitive customer-facing issues to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize both customer and employee experiences.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment.
  • Must have 3+ years of management experience.
  • Proven history of developing, coaching, and training employees.
  • Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems while maintaining focus on the customer experience.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs and working in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
