As the Team Lead for Learning & Development at Adyen, you will lead a high-performing team of Subject Matter Experts to build and implement a global learning strategy that empowers employees through cutting-edge tooling and innovative programs. What we're looking for
Proven leadership in managing and coaching teams of specialists in a fast-paced tech environment for at least 3 years.
Deep expertise in developing human skills and building L&D programs within the broader HR function globally.
Strong ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex, global matrix organizations effectively.
Strategic mindset to translate business requirements into simple, world-class learning strategies.
Comfortable with modern learning technologies (LMS, AI applications) and linking them to company strategy.
