What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Instructional Design focusing on content development and execution.
Advanced proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
Demonstrated use of ADDIE model and adult learning theories to create effective learning solutions.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple simultaneous content development projects.
Experience in maintaining a library of learning assets and version control across global teams.
