What we're looking for

  • Over 7 years of experience in software development or related fields in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Proficient in backend engineering with strong skills in Java or other modern programming languages for large-scale systems.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor engineering talent effectively.
  • Experienced in leading technical projects and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic direction.
  • Excellent communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to non-engineers.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
