Team Lead, Project Operations Management - Adyen

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to deliver efficient customer rollouts and ensure successful go-lives.
• Create an inspiring work environment with open communication and constructive feedback practices.
• Scale the team while maintaining Adyen's unique culture and effective business processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying current process efficiencies and implementing new ideas.
• Serve as a change ambassador, leading initiatives to enhance project management and customer delivery.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience managing a high-performing team with direct reports.
• Proven ability to lead complex global projects and manage enterprise customers.
• Experience in driving process change, setting up tools, and implementing procedures globally.
• Strong collaboration skills for working seamlessly with a diverse international team.
• Self-starter who can identify and solve problems independently within an organization.
• Willingness to work in-office 3 days a week and travel internationally as required.
