This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in high-touch customer environments, and a commitment to federal security standards within a secure federal environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a 4-6 person Executive Support Team providing white-glove technical support.
  • Manage ticket queues, escalations, service metrics to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks for executive support procedures and high-visibility technology engagements.
  • Drive continuous service improvement through ITIL-based processes, operational reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Provide executive-level communications during incidents and service disruptions to maintain uninterrupted access.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of IT support experience in Service Desk, Deskside Support, or VIP/Executive Support.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a technical support team in high-touch customer environments.
  • Proven ability to provide white-glove technical support for senior executives and VIP stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms and endpoint management tools like Intune, MECM/SCCM.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills for high-performing executive support teams.
