What you'll do

Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers in physical and virtual environments.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity to ensure high availability and compliance with SLAs.
Apply security patches and harden systems according to DoD and GDIT security policies.
Implement disaster recovery plans and participate in business continuity exercises for critical systems.
Provide tier-1/2 support for hardware, software, and mission-critical law enforcement applications.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, architectures, procedures, and changes for audits.

What we're looking for

US citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
At least 1 year of experience in Windows and Linux administration.
Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and system health monitoring.
Experience with backup, restore procedures, and capacity planning.
Ability to troubleshoot incidents to maintain high availability and meet SLAs.
Knowledge of security controls such as MFA, logging/monitoring, and compliance.
