  • Practical experience implementing AI, document intelligence, automation, or advanced analytics into business processes.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data sources, confidentiality, entitlements, human review, testing, traceability, monitoring, and model limitations.
  • Expertise in process redesign, operating-model design, business and functional requirements, data lineage, control design, testing, and implementation readiness.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve competing priorities, and communicate complex transformation decisions clearly.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multi-workstream programs through ambiguity, adoption, and measurable delivery.
  • Experience in operational tax, tax documentation, withholding, information reporting, regulatory inquiries, tax data, or tax controls within financial services (preferred).
  • Experience digitizing document-heavy workflows using OCR, document AI, structured metadata, centralized repositories, workflow technology, and exception-based operating models (preferred).
