Systems Support Apprentice

What you'll do

• Support client systems under the guidance of seasoned engineers and mentors.
• Apply hardware knowledge and experience using the latest tools and technologies.
• Complete specific learning hours and on-the-job training to develop core competencies.
• Progress through a personal skills roadmap to demonstrate new knowledge and skills.
• Perform hands-on application of technical skills within project teams.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to operating systems, networking, and storage.
• Manage server and storage components as part of the infrastructure team.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Associate's Degree/College Diploma (preferred).
• Knowledge or experience in Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge or experience in general networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Knowledge or experience in server or storage management.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in an organized manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
