What you'll do

Manage the Chekhub CMMS platform to oversee service requests and onsite maintenance activities.
Establish preventive maintenance schedules and track repair tickets for equipment like chillers.
Own the day-to-day delivery of data center operations projects from planning to completion.
Define project scope, milestones, owners, and success measures with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain schedules, action logs, and provide clear reporting on project progress and risks.
Coordinate dependencies across operations, engineering, and other partner teams.
Track project spending against approved plans and flag any changes to forecasts.
Use metrics and feedback to recommend practical improvements to processes and reporting.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of experience in project or program management, technical operations, or a related field.
Experience delivering projects with stakeholders from multiple teams.
Ability to build and maintain project plans, track dependencies, and bring issues to resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status reporting.
Familiarity with project management tools and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
Ability to work independently within an agreed scope and know when to escalate.
Experience in data center, infrastructure, or other operational environments (preferred); a project management certification (preferred).
