What you'll do

Own the day-to-day delivery of assigned data center operations projects from planning through completion.
Define project scope, milestones, owners, and success measures with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain project schedules, action logs, and clear reporting on progress and risks.
Coordinate dependencies across operations, engineering, and other partner teams.
Identify blockers early and drive follow-up with owners or escalate risks as needed.
Track project spending against approved plans and flag any changes to forecasts.
Recommend practical improvements to processes and reporting based on metrics and feedback.
Support program reviews and maintain documentation consistent with operational and compliance requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of experience in project or program management, technical operations, or a related field.
Experience delivering projects with stakeholders from multiple teams.
Ability to build and maintain project plans, track dependencies, and bring issues to resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status reporting.
Familiarity with project management tools and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
Ability to work independently within an agreed scope and know when to escalate.
Experience in data center, infrastructure, or other operational environments (preferred); a project management certification (preferred).
