Systems Integration & Production Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure in both lab and production environments.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support and root cause analysis for complex messaging failures on classified networks.
• Conduct IAVA testing to ensure security patches do not impact system functionality before deployment.
• Manage and optimize end-to-end mail flow across separated networks using specialized Email Guards.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate production monitoring, health checks, and simulated mail flows.
• Serve as a liaison with DISA technicians to troubleshoot complex DOD365 cloud tenant access issues.
• Create standard operating procedures, deployment guides, and technical documentation for lower-tier administrators.
• Manage infrastructure dependencies including Active Directory, PKI, Group Policies, and Windows Server environments.

What we're looking for

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required (or equivalent experience).
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Server engineering, Windows Server administration, and enterprise production support are required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange architecture, Active Directory, PKI, and Windows Server environments is required.
• Mastery of PowerShell for automation and monitoring is required.
• Experience with technical writing and documentation is required.
• Advanced Exchange engineering, messaging certifications (MCSE), performance tuning, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification are preferred.
