What you'll do

Lead the architectural design, building, and deployment of Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure in production environments.
Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex messaging failures and perform root cause analysis on classified networks.
Conduct IAVA testing on Exchange and System Center suites to validate security patches before deployment.
Maintain and optimize end-to-end mail flow across separated networks using specialized Email Guards.
Write and execute PowerShell scripts to automate production monitoring, health checks, and simulated mail flow.
Act as a technical liaison with DISA technicians to troubleshoot complex DOD365 cloud-tenant access issues.
Configure and manage infrastructure dependencies including Active Directory, PKI, Group Policies, and Windows Server.
Author standard operating procedures and provide technical training to Tier 1 and Tier 2 administrators.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5-8 years of direct experience with Microsoft Exchange Server engineering and Windows Server administration.
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Exchange architecture, DAG, transport pipelines, and client access protocols.
Mastery of PowerShell engineering for building test scripts and custom monitoring frameworks.
Strong proficiency with Active Directory, PKI, and Windows Server operating systems.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification (preferred).
