Exchange Engineer - TS/SCI w/ Polygraph The Exchange Engineer joins the IT Infrastructure and Operations team to support Government activities. This role involves engineering solutions for email and email retention systems to establish a roadmap for the Enterprise infrastructure. The engineer will design, implement, integrate, and maintain on and off premise Exchange Solutions while developing system architecture and design documentation. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership for requirement integration, guiding system development through engineering management plans, and ensuring the technical integrity of deliverables. Required technical skills include Microsoft Exchange Server, Complex Systems, Systems Development, PowerShell, and Active Directory. Candidates must also possess experience with Exchange Edge installations, testing hardware solutions, and knowledge of ATO and Project Management processes to certify products for use in production networks.

What you'll do

Design, implement, integrate, and maintain on and off-premise Exchange solutions.
Develop system architecture and comprehensive system design documentation.
Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment and preparation of engineering management plans.
Create system integration and test plans to ensure technical integrity of deliverables.
Test and vet new hardware solutions for production network use.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Must have 10+ years of related experience.
Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, certification, or experience.
Must have experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, including Exchange Edge installations and management.
Must have experience with PowerShell and Active Directory.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
