What you'll do

Manage the integration of various subsystems to ensure performance meets required specifications and standards.
Establish and maintain configuration management practices to enable rapid iteration while maintaining technical rigor.
Generate, analyze, and verify system requirements while balancing structure with development speed.
Execute qualification testing, design-build-test (DBT), integration verification, and acceptance testing activities.
Perform root cause and corrective action analysis for issues identified during integration and testing.
Maintain vehicle architecture documentation, interface definitions, and traceability across the product lifecycle.
Support sea operations, strategic technical planning, risk management, and proposal efforts as needed.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, integration and test, or platform architecture.
Experience with electromechanical hardware and the ability to troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and software boundaries.
Demonstrated skill in root cause and corrective action methodologies.
Ability to read and analyze code in Rust, Python, or C while understanding dependencies.
Experience working within requirements frameworks with the judgment to adapt and justify changes.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to build consensus and align on shared objectives.
