The Systems Engineer and Integrator (SE3) (Government) joins the Public Sector Solutions team to support Intelink Services, which provide interagency information sharing and collaboration capabilities on IC system domains. This role involves conducting gap analyses for M365 migrations, performing analysis of alternatives, and developing system requirements specifications from concept of operations documents. The engineer will lead design and development activities, create technical documentation, and manage system integration and test plans while ensuring the technical integrity of all deliverables. Conduct gap analyses of existing systems regarding migration to and integration of M365 software.
Perform analysis of alternatives and suggest paths forward for enterprise solutions.
Translate user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level architectures into system requirement specifications.
Lead design, development activities, and the technical integration of requirements and technology.
Create technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documents.
Develop system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to users regarding feasibility studies and alternative approaches.
Manage the technical integrity of all deliverables within the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
What we're looking for
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline is required.
Five years of additional systems engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Twenty years of experience as a systems engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I (CAP, GSLC, or Security+) is required.
Knowledge of M365 service offering and implementation/integration strategies (preferred).
Understanding of IT system architectures, security, and Identity and Access Management for cross-tenant collaboration (preferred).
