What you'll do

Define and own the multi-year technical roadmap for DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and cloud architecture.
Establish architecture standards, reference designs, and platform blueprints for widespread team adoption.
Lead the integration of AI-driven automation, LLM-powered developer tooling, and AIOps into engineering processes.
Execute strategies for AI/ML workload delivery, including model training infrastructure and inference serving.
Oversee major infrastructure migrations, platform consolidations, and large-scale re-architectures.
Design platforms for reliability, observability, and security in collaboration with SRE and Security teams.
Mentor senior engineers and conduct architecture reviews to improve technical standards and design feedback.
Resolve complex software development issues related to scalability, reliability, and developer experience.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, DevOps, platform, or software engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in a senior role.
Expertise in cloud platforms including AWS and GCP with knowledge of network topology, IAM, cost governance, and multi-account strategy.
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, and service mesh.
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible and GitOps methodologies.
Experience designing and operating CI/CD systems using Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions for large teams.
Proficiency in at least two systems programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java for tooling and automation.
