What you'll do

Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and monitoring to ensure system scalability and security.
Manage and upgrade Kubernetes environments, including EKS deployments and the creation of Helm charts.
Oversee AWS infrastructure creation and management while ensuring robust disaster recovery setups.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Garage, and Fortress.
Manage configurations and deployments using Ansible and Terraform.
Configure and monitor systems using Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, storage, OS, and application-level problems, including high-priority incidents.
Lead migrations from on-premises environments to third-party cloud platforms.

What we're looking for

5 years of experience as an Ops/SRE Engineer or in a similar role.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Cloud Fleet deployment strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible.
Programming and scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, Node, or Java.
Proficiency in CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub, and observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
Experience with Cloud migrations (preferred).
Familiarity with AEM upgrades, troubleshooting, and Apache upgrades (preferred).
Experience handling high-priority incidents, root cause analysis, and AI software development tools (preferred).
