What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end web releases including scheduling, readiness, and post-release validation.
Coordinate release readiness across frontend codebases, CMS platforms, backend services, and infrastructure dependencies.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving timely issue resolution.
Own release cycles as they relate to operational efficiency and CI/CD pipelines.
Refine release processes, documentation, and operational best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Streamline delivery processes and improve deployment consistency across global digital experiences.

What we're looking for

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years experience in release coordination and DevOps for large-scale web platforms.
Understanding of release pipelines, branching, CI/CD automation, configuration management, testing, or risk mitigation.
Experience working with Git workflows, CMS systems, and frontend deployment tooling like Next.js, Node.js, HTML/CSS.
Experience coordinating complex, deadline-driven releases across multiple engineering and business teams (preferred).
Familiarity with CMS platforms, Jenkins, GitOps, ITIL frameworks, and automation technologies such as GitHub Actions (preferred).
Experience supporting high-visibility or global web releases (preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (preferred).
