What you'll do

Manage technical interactions with OEM and ODM partners to enable the deployment of AMD Instinct accelerators.
Support partners during the bring-up and validation of GPUs in their systems.
Guide partners on the use of AMD tools, qualification test methods, and analysis of results.
Lead the debug of hardware, firmware, and driver issues by driving root cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with partners to develop manufacturing and screen tests to ensure reliability at scale.
Identify gaps in AMD offerings based on partner requirements and work with stakeholders to close them.
Author design guidelines, technical presentations, and training materials for customers and partners.
Provide recommendations to improve the customer experience regarding software and hardware products.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (Master's or PhD preferred).
Experience in Data Center system design, board design, validation, or Application Engineering.
Strong knowledge of PC/server architecture and experience with system-level debug.
Hands-on experience in system bring-up, hardware debugging, and performance optimization across various architectures.
Proficiency in Enterprise Linux environments including Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL, and SLES.
Experience with system interconnect technologies such as PCIe, XGMI, CXL, USB, and I/O Controllers.
Knowledge of server firmware/BIOS settings, boot processes, and power/thermal management.
Proficiency in Shell/BASH, C/C++, or Python, with preferred knowledge of OpenCL, CUDA, or ROCm.
