Systems Analyst, End User Testing

What you'll do

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and product backlog items for delivery teams.
• Document current and future-state business process flows, including integrations and operational dependencies.
• Lead the end user testing function by defining test plans, scenarios, and coordinating execution.
• Validate delivered capabilities against technical requirements and intended workflows to ensure they meet business needs.
• Identify system enhancements and gaps from testing results and translate them into actionable recommendations for engineers.
• Create and validate end user enablement materials and guidance to support successful adoption of new tools.
• Assess business impacts and identify risks related to deployment, access, and user experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on systems analysis and testing for large-scale technology transformations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in an applicable business or technology environment including systems analysis and end user testing.
• Experience leading or coordinating end user testing for large-scale technology transformations or enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong systems analysis skills including requirements definition, process analysis, and translating requirements into product backlog items.
• Experience documenting process flows, integrations, user impacts, and operational dependencies across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to validate solutions through business scenario testing, issue resolution coordination, and quality attribute assessment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to identify system enhancements from testing outcomes and translate them into actionable recommendations for engineering teams.
