The Systems Analyst – End User Testing joins the team to support major technology transformations across a global organization. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, software engineers, and architects to ensure new platforms and tools meet business needs. Key responsibilities include defining requirements, documenting future-state processes, and leading the end user testing function to validate delivered capabilities against functional and technical requirements. The successful candidate will research hardware and software options, manage product backlog inputs, and create end user enablement materials. Required skills include systems analysis, stakeholder management, and experience with enterprise platform implementations. The role focuses on validating solution fit, identifying system enhancements, and managing deployment sequencing for large-scale technology transformations and digital workplace modernization.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and product backlog inputs for delivery teams.
Document current-state and future-state business process flows, including upstream and downstream integrations and operational dependencies.
Lead the end user testing function by defining test plans, business scenarios, and coordinating execution and issue tracking.
Validate delivered capabilities against functional requirements, technical requirements, and intended workflows to ensure business needs are met.
Identify system enhancements and process gaps from testing results and translate them into actionable recommendations for engineering teams.
Create and validate end user enablement materials, workflows, and user-facing guidance based on testing outcomes.
Assess business impacts and identify readiness or adoption risks that could affect successful technology deployment.
Monitor post-launch performance trends and user feedback to support issue resolution and improve future releases.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in a business or technology environment including systems analysis, end user testing, enterprise transformation, or solution delivery.
Strong systems analysis experience including requirements definition, process analysis, solution documentation, and translating requirements into product backlog inputs.
Experience leading or coordinating end user testing for large-scale technology transformations or enterprise platform implementations.
Experience validating delivered solutions through business scenario testing, issue resolution coordination, and assessing performance, reliability, and compliance.
Experience documenting process flows, integrations, user impacts, and operational dependencies across multiple teams or business units.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Master’s degree in a technical discipline (preferred).
