What you'll do

Travel up to 60% of the time to set up and support remote locations including servers, networks, and AV equipment.
Provide technical support for PC and Mac users via phone, email, and in-person walk-ups.
Configure and maintain networked computer systems, hardware, system software, and applications to ensure security and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues as they arise.
Manage inventory for all infrastructure-related hardware within the company's inventory system.
Monitor helpdesk tickets to ensure resolution within defined service level agreements.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal business units for installations, upgrades, and specific requirements.
Document new solutions and technical issues in Jira to share knowledge with the team.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid and current driver's license.
4-6 years of IT experience in fast-paced environments.
Advanced skills administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and other network services.
Advanced skills in Windows Operating Systems and knowledge to create and push images.
Knowledge of Mac OS X, G-Suite, and intermediate skills supporting MS Office suite.
Experience with Meraki Security Appliances, mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows), and AV equipment troubleshooting.
Project management experience (preferred).
