What you'll do

Travel up to 60% of the time to set up and support remote site infrastructure including servers, networks, and AV equipment.
Provide technical support for PC and Mac users via phone, email, and in-person walk-ups.
Configure and maintain networked computer systems, hardware, system software, and applications to ensure security and reliability.
Manage the helpdesk ticketing system to resolve issues within defined service level agreements.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal business units for site installations and upgrades.
Maintain inventory of all infrastructure-related hardware within the company's inventory system.
Document new technical solutions and troubleshooting steps in Jira for team sharing.
Monitor system performance and physical security for all infrastructure and endpoint devices.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid and current driver's license.
4-6 years of IT experience in fast-paced environments.
Advanced skills administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and other network services.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and ability to create and push images.
Proficiency with Mac OS X, G-Suite, and MS Office suite including Outlook and Office 365.
Experience with Meraki Security Appliances, mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows), and AV equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds independently and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
