What you'll do

Manage and maintain endpoint security solutions including firewalls, antivirus, disk encryption, and multifactor authentication.
Monitor, investigate, and remediate endpoint security threats, vulnerabilities, and protection-related alerts.
Test and deploy operating system updates, security patches, and software packages via enterprise management platforms.
Administer Microsoft Intune to deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, and remediation scripts.
Build, test, and deploy standardized Windows images for an enterprise environment of over 1,000 users.
Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for user provisioning, Group Policy, and identity management.
Support wired and wireless network administration by configuring connectivity and addressing network-related alerts.
Prepare operational reports on endpoint security, compliance, patching, and inventory status.

What we're looking for

Minimum three years of patch management and software deployment experience using an enterprise-level management platform.
Minimum three years of endpoint security and protection experience using an enterprise-level platform to manage and remediate threats.
Minimum three years of Windows operating system administration and management experience.
Minimum three years of Active Directory administration experience, preferably including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user provisioning, Group Policy, and security (preferred).
Minimum three years of experience using a client management application for endpoint protection and patch-level maintenance in an environment of 1,000+ Windows clients.
Minimum three years of Microsoft Intune experience, including deployment and maintenance of Win32 applications, MSI/PKG applications, drivers, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and remediation scripts.
Minimum three years of Windows support experience, including preparing, building, and testing Windows images.
Experience or expertise with disk encryption, single sign-on, or multifactor authentication.
