What you'll do

  • Travel up to 60% to set up and support IT infrastructure at new and existing Carvana locations.
  • Configure and maintain networked computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications.
  • Resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues for both PC and Mac users.
  • Monitor helpdesk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Maintain physical security for all infrastructure and endpoint devices following Carvana’s best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network services administration.
  • Experience with Mac OS X and mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows).
  • Knowledge of enterprise network environments and Meraki Security Appliances.
  • Intermediate skills supporting MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Office 365.
  • Troubleshooting experience for IP Phones, AV equipment, and G-Suite applications.
