What you'll do

Install and maintain desktops, laptops, network switches, and servers.
Upgrade internal components of devices such as CPUs, GPUs, disk drives, and NICs.
Manage asset tracking for users and remote equipment in Service Now.
Plan capacity and growth by auditing IT space and server rooms.
Provide on-site technical support and event setup/troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience with Windows OS, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory.
Proficient in network implementation, management, and troubleshooting.
Experience with SCCM for desktop OS deployment and software management.
Knowledge of AirWatch/Intelligent Hub/Jamf or similar mobile device management tools.
Solid understanding of local and NAS storage technologies, including cloud-based solutions.
Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering outstanding end-user experience.
