What you'll do

Travel up to 60% to set up and support IT infrastructure at new and existing locations.
Configure and maintain networked computer systems for reliability, availability, and security.
Resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor helpdesk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of all IT requests.
Maintain physical security for all infrastructure and endpoint devices following best practices.

What we're looking for

Advanced skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network services administration.
Experience with Mac OS X and mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows).
Knowledge of enterprise network environments and Meraki Security Appliances.
Proficiency in G-Suite applications including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
4-6 years of IT experience in fast-paced environments.
Ability to travel up to 60% for on-site support and project implementation.
