What you'll do

Provide Tier I and II support to resolve hardware, software, and application issues across multiple networks.
Manage user accounts and access controls in both legacy Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID environments.
Guide end-users through the enrollment process for Windows 11 and iOS devices into Microsoft Intune.
Review Intune dashboards and on-premises monitoring tools to identify non-compliant devices and assist users.
Apply mandatory security patches, OS updates, IAVAs, and STIGs across traditional AD-joined and Intune-managed devices.

What we're looking for

Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
IAT Level II baseline certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) or higher.
2+ years of experience in IT administration with a Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in managing user accounts and access controls across legacy AD and Azure AD.
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Intune, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and basic system security practices.
