System & Software Engineering Manager 2

What you'll do

• Manage and guide a team of high-performing Cyber Software Engineers.
• Set objectives, monitor progress, and manage the workload for direct reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top engineering talent for the organization.
• Lead Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) activities on various programs.
• Ensure the execution and integrity of all systems engineering activities follow company policies.
• Plan and execute system reviews and coordinate internal and external program integration activities.
• Oversee program verification and validation efforts, including the creation of system test plans.
• Manage system configuration by defining, controlling, and verifying interface requirements.

What we're looking for

• Must have a BS plus 8 years of engineering experience, an MS plus 6 years, or a PhD plus 3 years.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Must have experience in engineering management, program management, and/or relevant leadership in the military.
• Must have experience as a technical leader in a Systems Engineering or related field.
• Must have experience managing people and demonstrated success as a leader in a Systems Engineering or related role.
• Must have strong experience tailoring engineering processes to deliver with speed while meeting customer expectations.
• Must have knowledge and demonstrated leadership in more than one of the listed technologies (preferred).
