What you'll do

Enable, profile, and analyze complex concurrent system use-cases in emulation and software environments.
Define and document performance and power analysis plans for various workloads and scenarios.
Identify areas of optimization in SoC hardware and software architectures.
Direct triage of complex performance issues to determine root causes.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on multiple projects.
Prepare reports and recommendations for product teams up to senior executives.

What we're looking for

4+ years of practical post-silicon experience in power and performance analysis of complex SoCs.
Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++ for system-level software development.
Proficient in ARM SoC concepts including SMMU, GIC, Coresight-PMU, and bus interface protocols.
Experience with industry-standard graphics APIs like Vulkan, OpenGL, DX12, or CUDA.
Understanding of memory hierarchy, system interconnects, and power/performance analysis tools.
Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on multiple projects.
Knowledgeable in state-of-the-art workloads including AI/LLM and ARM v8/v9 specifications.
