What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 6 months of experience providing technical support.
  • Must be able to work in an on-call rotation.
  • Must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of specific office locations in TX, KS, AL, IA, NC, KY, MO, or MO.
  • Must have experience with Unix or Linux (preferred).
  • AIX Administration experience (preferred).
  • Previous experience working in a credit union or other financial institution (preferred).
  • VMWare/Cloud technology experience (preferred).
  • Proficient communication and superior customer service skills are essential.
