The System Network Administrator joins the Intelligence Cyber & Analytics Business Area to manage IT systems infrastructure and related processes within a small team supporting the customer’s Service Desk. This role involves providing Tier-1 and Tier-2 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Daily responsibilities include performing system troubleshooting, applying patches, managing virtual and storage environments, and updating SOP documentation. The candidate will manage account unlocks, password resets, PKI imports, and VPN issues while ensuring optimal system performance through resource utilization assessments. Technical requirements include proficiency with Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems, along with experience using ticketing systems and document repositories. This role supports critical infrastructure in the areas of Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations, Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence, and Cryptographic Key Management.
