System Integration and Test Engineer, Space Systems

What you'll do

• Lead and execute system integration and test campaigns by developing plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Conduct hands-on hardware and software testing at both the unit and system levels.
• Perform root cause analyses for non-conformances and drive corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for PCBAs and space vehicles to ensure compliance with space-grade standards.
• Lead test readiness reviews (TRRs) and manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware.
• Specify, procure, and maintain the tools, fixtures, and equipment required for integration and testing.
• Coordinate with supply chain, hardware, and program management teams to resolve technical challenges and manage priorities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or other high-reliability industries.
• 2+ years of hands-on integration and test of flight or comparably high-reliability hardware.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in unit-level, space-vehicle, or system integration, assembly, and environmental testing.
• 3+ years of practical, hands-on experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power supplies, electronic loads, and DAQs.
• 2+ years working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and/or Material Resource Planning (MRP).
• 2+ years applying manufacturing process controls, quality assurance, and continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
