You will support DIA/NDOC OSINT production for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, addressing hardware and software issues proactively while maintaining inter-departmental relations and communicating system status to users effectively.

What you'll do

  • Perform builds, installs, and configurations in virtual and physical environments.
  • Monitor system health and network configuration to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop scripts for patching, configuration, and other infrastructure tasks.
  • Design and support scalable, redundant infrastructure across various environments.
  • Execute processes for managing information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVAs).

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and at least 4 years of experience.
  • Expertise with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) and Windows Desktop (10/11).
  • Experience in system integrations testing through a full system development life cycle.
  • Strong knowledge of COTS and FOSS storage solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and Configuration Management tools like Ansible or SaltStack.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile project management environment.
  • Significant experience dealing with open source, publicly available information (PAI), forensic media, measurement and signatures intelligence (MASINT), or cybersecurity.
