We are hiring a Systems Administrator to join our manufacturing team at the senior level, responsible for deploying and maintaining software and tools across production lines. What you'll do

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, servers, and software systems across manufacturing lines.
  • Design, configure, and support network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity for production environments.
  • Build, harden, and maintain physical and virtual servers for manufacturing applications, ensuring high availability.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues that could impact production throughput or on-time manufacturing.
  • Implement security controls and compliance standards across servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues in time-sensitive manufacturing environments.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience as a Systems or Network Administrator in manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux system administration and virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure components.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, including access controls and secure network design.
  • Experience with asset tracking, configuration management, and inventory maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for system status updates.
  • Relevant certifications such as Server+, Azure Administrator, CCNA, or ITIL.
