What you'll do

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support for desktops, laptops, VDI, printers, and VOIP.
  • Create and manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and file shares using ADUC tools.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues; escalate as needed.
  • Perform workstation deployment, software installation, patching, and peripheral support activities.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track and close incidents and service requests efficiently.

What we're looking for

  • BS Degree or equivalent experience in IT/systems administration
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Proficiency with VMware Horizon and VDI environments
  • Expertise in Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing user accounts and permissions using ADUC
  • Knowledge of STIG requirements and cybersecurity practices
  • Ability to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support effectively
