As a Sys Dev Engineer II, Leo Network Services, you will join the Network Reliability team to support a global Service Provider network involving both satellite constellations and terrestrial infrastructure. You will build and maintain processes, procedures, and tooling to monitor, troubleshoot, and operate this complex network at scale. Your daily responsibilities include developing proactive monitoring and alerting solutions, establishing incident management protocols, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve technical issues.
