What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and test advanced AI applications and services using the Watsonx platform.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Implement scalable and secure applications on IBM Cloud infrastructure.
  • Follow security best practices to meet IBM’s internal policies and industry standards.
  • Communicate technical decisions and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Integrate AI components into overall solutions by collaborating with architects and UX/UI designers.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in generative AI and cloud services.

What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree (preferred).
  • Experience as a full stack developer with a focus in AI and backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Experience in web technologies including HTTP, REST, JSON, HTML, Ajax, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API.
  • Understanding of LLM prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with IBM watsonx, IBM Cloud, or deploying models like Granite, Mistral, or Llama 3 (preferred).
