SW Engineer Developer Systems Reliability Engineering

What you'll do

• Maintain platform SLAs and SLOs by implementing automation and standardizing operational processes.
• Manage end-to-end observability, alerting, and monitoring across IaaS, PaaS, and container environments.
• Develop and implement AI-AIOps initiatives to reduce manual toil and improve incident response.
• Partner with development teams to define production readiness criteria, including runbooks and capacity plans.
• Triage complex technical issues and analyze recurring patterns to propose long-term solutions.
• Support the 24/7/365 operating model by participating in shift-based and on-call rotations.
• Improve platform efficiency by automating manual touchpoints and enhancing monitoring coverage.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 or more years working in a Platform, SRE, or Production Engineering group for high availability-critical platforms (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field and/or 3+ years of experience in IT Operations and Delivery (preferred).
• 2 years of experience with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD, or Azure DevOps in a large-scale environment (preferred).
• 2 years of experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or Datadog (preferred).
• 2 years of experience supporting relational and non-relational databases including performance management and scaling (preferred).
• Basic understanding of YAML, JSON, HTML, XML, Linux/Windows systems, and distributed computing environments.
• Beginner level programming in at least three of Python, Java, Go, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
