What you'll do

  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies that align with business objectives and risk management.
  • Enforce AI governance and compliance standards through the Architecture Review Board.
  • Define measurable ROI for AI initiatives and differentiate between AI and standard automation use cases.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in AI, machine learning, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture.
  • Advanced certification in Azure.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory aspects of AI within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Databricks SDKs.
  • Experience with LangChain, RAG applications, advanced prompt engineering, and tuning vector databases.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, AI governance, and scaling AI adoption across cross-functional teams.
  • Work Authorization.
