Candidates must possess proficiency in Python, LangChain, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, while demonstrating deep knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for agentic applications, and regulatory compliance within financial services.

What you'll do

  • Provide expert guidance and thought leadership on generative AI and machine learning across the enterprise.
  • Shape the organization’s AI strategy to ensure innovation aligns with security, governance, and business priorities.
  • Drive controlled AI adoption to achieve efficiency gains through intelligent automation and process optimization.
  • Advise application development teams on using AI to enhance the developer experience and delivery velocity.
  • Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical architectures by translating complex concepts into actionable strategies.
  • Enforce AI governance and risk management frameworks through Architecture Review Boards.
  • Build proof-of-concept and demo applications to showcase AI capabilities and technical feasibility.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in AI, machine learning, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory aspects of AI in financial services.
  • Experience with LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Databricks SDKs for ML.
  • Holds an Advanced cloud certification in Azure.
  • Model training or fine tuning experience.
  • Work Authorization.
