The Business Transformation Consultant Intern 2027 joins the IBM Consulting team to support clients in navigating market trends, refining competitive strategies, and achieving operational excellence. This role involves conducting primary research, designing models for seamless client experiences, and facilitating workshops or interviews to document requirements. You will also gain hands-on experience with product teams, enterprise-wide data integrations, data analytics assessments, cloud migrations, and system implementations across major platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations through quantitative analysis. Technical qualifications include exposure to programming languages like JavaScript, SQL, or Python, along with a basic understanding of AI and hybrid cloud environments including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
