  • Proven leadership skills to hire, develop, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to act tactically and simplify complex issues.
  • Strong bias towards action and effective decision-making in fast-paced environments.
  • High ownership and pride in delivering high-quality work with significant impact.
