As the Support Systems Lead for Seabed Sentry, you will join Anduril’s Maritime team to lead the technical development of a comprehensive support system for maritime products. You’ll hire and develop a multidisciplinary team to ensure world-class training and logistics, collaborate with customer stakeholders to align design decisions with operational needs, and manage infrastructure requirements for deployed assets. Additionally, you will work closely with operators to understand equipment use and plan future support infrastructure, while developing strategic training programs and managing fielded system support equipment. The ideal candidate has a background in systems engineering or marine engineering, experience in logistics and maintenance management, and expertise in supporting maritime craft. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in logistics, support, maintenance, and training management for maritime systems.
Proven leadership skills to hire, develop, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
Strategic thinking with the ability to act tactically and simplify complex issues.
Strong bias towards action and effective decision-making in fast-paced environments.
