JOB TITLE: Support Engineer Staff The Support Engineer Staff joins the Emulation Team within the central SoC digital hardware organization. What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
Advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with Python or Perl.
Basic hardware knowledge regarding compatibility between computer components.
Basic software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
