Hands-on experience with RF fundamentals, carrier operations, link budgets, and satellite ground equipment.
Strong track record in analyzing complex technical issues and managing customer escalations to resolution.
Experience using spectrum analyzers, monitoring tools, and test equipment for diagnostics and optimization.
Understanding of antenna specifications and hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
