What we're looking for
7+ years leading technology teams supporting complex physical operations like supply chain and procurement.
Strong understanding of supplier management, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or similar domains.
Proven ability to solve cross-functional operational problems requiring multiple system and process changes.
Demonstrated product and systems judgment in distinguishing short-term workarounds from long-term scalable solutions.
Comfort with ambiguity, decision-making under incomplete information, and rapid adjustment based on changing facts.
High ownership mindset, capable of making decisions without waiting for detailed instructions or roadmaps.
