What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate a portfolio of compliance initiatives and risk management activities across the Windows Device Sales organization.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for various compliance domains including privacy, security, AI, and trade regulations.
  • Establish governance processes, reporting mechanisms, and decision frameworks to improve compliance visibility and execution effectiveness.
  • Identify compliance risks, process gaps, and emerging requirements through cross-functional analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop project charters, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and success measures for complex compliance workstreams.
  • Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into program health, key risks, and progress metrics via dashboards and reports.
  • Drive AI-enabled automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort in compliance programs.
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholders to ensure clear accountability and ownership of compliance obligations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
  • Preferred experience includes a Master's degree and 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience.
  • Experience managing complex programs within a technology organization involving cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience supporting compliance-related programs such as security, privacy, Responsible AI, anti-corruption, trade, or regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to design and govern compliance frameworks, risk management processes, and audit readiness activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Executive-level communication skills to create clarity from ambiguity and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
