Senior Manager, Supply Chain Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the Component Quality Engineering organization for critical silicon and hardware components across OCI infrastructure programs.
• Build, manage, and mentor a team of component quality engineers to improve technical depth and leadership.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics for high-priority commodities including GPUs, CPUs, memory, and networking components.
• Drive root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes for failures across manufacturing, field reports, and RMA issues.
• Establish and enforce supplier quality standards such as DPPM, MTBF, and 8D reporting requirements.
• Maintain component quality risk registers to track containment status and provide data for "OK-to-Ramp" decisions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by reviewing qualification data, process controls, and alternate-source plans.
• Provide executive-level communication regarding supplier risks, field reliability trends, and recommended recovery actions.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Experience is required leading teams in component, supplier, hardware, reliability, manufacturing, or supply chain engineering.
• Candidates must have a strong understanding of high-complexity hardware components like semiconductors, servers, storage, and networking.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers through containment, failure analysis, RCCA, and quality improvement is required.
• Knowledge of quality metrics such as DPPM, RPM, AFR/RMA, MTBF, yield, and retest rate is required.
• Experience supporting NPI, production ramp, field failure reduction, and supplier escalations is required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional problem solving and communicate risk clearly to senior leadership is required.
