Supplier Quality Control Inspector A-1

What you'll do

• Travel up to 75% of the time to perform visual and dimensional inspections at supplier facilities.
• Utilize manual metrology tools and advanced equipment to inspect complex feature tolerances.
• Perform incoming inspections on purchased mechanical parts, components, assemblies, and raw materials.
• Verify material certifications and ensure conformance to engineering designs and purchase order requirements.
• Document and report non-conformances at the supplier source to ensure hardware meets quality standards.
• Program and set up Articulating Arms and CMMs to achieve desired inspection results.
• Support the development of supplier inspection plans and verify corrective actions (CAPA).
• Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding Anduril inspection requirements and standards.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of precision mechanical inspection experience.
• 3+ years of CMM programming, CMM operations, or Faro Arm experience.
• U.S. Person Status is required to access controlled data.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to supplier sites.
• Expert ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, design blueprints, and CAD models using ASME Y14.5.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
