Undergraduate Internship - Software

What you'll do

• Build software applications and features using modern programming languages, databases, APIs, and front-end technologies.
• Execute tasks across the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write, test, debug, and deliver code using modern development tools and CI/CD practices.
• Solve complex technical challenges in collaboration with engineers, analysts, and product teams.
• Integrate AI tools and other innovative technologies into the development process responsibly.
• Contribute to active business initiatives to help customers achieve financial goals.

What we're looking for

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be a current undergraduate student who will return to coursework following the internship.
• Ability to complete a skills assessment demonstrating foundational software engineering skills in either Java or Python.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Demonstrated interest in software development through coursework, technical projects, research, or internships.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Availability for the entire 10-week internship program.
