What we're looking for
10+ years of Strategy and Planning experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
4+ years of management or leadership experience.
Experience leading strategy for a high-growth or transformation-oriented business (preferred).
Experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, retirement, digital wealth, or advisory platform strategy (preferred).
Experience as a Principal/Associate Partner at a top-tier consulting firm with a wealth focus or head of corporate strategy at a peer wealth manager (preferred).
Expertise in digital and self-directed wealth, partnerships, M&A, workplace wealth, and deposit/lending growth (preferred).
Experience structuring and negotiating commercial partnership or vendor agreements (preferred).
Experience preparing Board of Directors and Investor Day strategy materials (preferred).
