What you'll do

  • Oversee strategic vendor relationships for OCI data center operations.
  • Lead end-to-end vendor lifecycle activities including sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Develop and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Analyze operational trends to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple teams for new deployments and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide data-driven reporting and updates to site leadership and regional stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management or related operational leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in contract governance, SLA management, and KPI development.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience managing complex contracts.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve issues in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency with vendor management systems and operational tracking platforms.
  • Experience in critical infrastructure or hyperscale data center operations preferred.
